2. Our Role as a Reseller
Icebooking.is acts as an authorized reseller and booking agent for various third-party tour operators in Iceland.

We do not operate, own, or manage the tours, transportation, or activities listed on the site.
When you book a tour through Icebooking.is, you are entering into a direct contract with the specific Tour Operator providing the service.

3. Booking Engine (TourDesk)
To provide a seamless booking experience, we utilize the TourDesk booking platform.
TourDesk facilitates the transaction between you (the customer) and the Tour Operator.
All booking confirmations and payment processing are handled through this secure infrastructure.

4. Payments and Vouchers
All prices are in Icelandic Króna (ISK) and include VAT where applicable.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking voucher via email.
This voucher is your proof of purchase and must be presented (digitally or printed) to the tour operator at the start of the activity.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Since Icebooking.is lists tours from multiple providers, the specific cancellation policy of each individual operator applies.

Standard Policy: Most operators offer a full refund if canceled more than 24 hours before departure, but this can vary.
Weather Cancellations: If a tour is canceled by the operator (e.g., due to weather or safety), you are entitled to a full refund or a reschedule.
To request a cancellation, please contact your service provider or follow the instructions in your booking confirmation.

6. Liability and Insurance
Icebooking.is (B65 ehf.) is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by the acts or omissions of the Tour Operators.
We strongly recommend that all travelers have their own comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

7. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to ensure all information on Icebooking.is is accurate, we rely on data provided by our partners and operators.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Icelandic law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Reykjavík.
